The Clayton Museum of Ancient History will host Dr. Mark Meehl for the annual Archaeology and Bible speaker series. Meehl, a professor at Concordia University, will focus on his experiences during ten seasons of excavation at Tel Miqne-Ekron, one of the five major Philistine cities that figured prominently in the history of ancient Israel. His presentation will be "The Philistines in History, Archaeology, and the Bible - an Archaeologist's View."
